• All items have 30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less Shipping & Handling Fee within 30 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS). Certain restrictions apply and refunds and exchanges will be applied at the discretion of Cellular Connection.
  

• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for return shipment fee.  It may take up to 10 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

We are not responsible for returning shipments that were lost.  Please track the returning packages.
