How can I track my shipment?

You can easily check the status of your order online at Order Status.

When will my order arrive?
This largely depends on your proximity to Southern California and product availability. In most cases, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours or less and shipped via the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made. You can easily check the status of your order online at Order Status. We find that most shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on location.  For any questions regarding shipping, please contact us at info@orangecountycellular.com.

Can orders be shipped via UPS, FedEx or other non-US Postal Service methods?
At this time, all orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.  In the case of bulk orders, we may be able to make arrangements for other methods of delivery but generally, USPS is our preferred and exclusive method of shipping.

Do you ship internationally? 
We certainly do.  All business is welcome at Orange County Cellular.  International Shipping Rates apply.

I would like to cancel my order.  Can I do this?
You may cancel the order prior to shipping confirmation but since orders are processed and shipped rapidly, last-minute cancellations may be difficult. For any questions, please contact our staff at info@orangecountycellular.com.

My order arrived in a damaged state.  Can I get a replacement?
Please contact us at info@orangecountycellular.com. and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

The item I ordered is not what I expected it to be.  What are my options?
We are reasonable and willing to work with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.  Please contact us at info@orangecountycellular.com. and we will find the right solution for you.

What is your Return Policy?
For further information, please review our Return Policy.  In the case of a return or exchange, it is always best to contact our Customer Service first at info@orangecountycellular.com.  

Is there a phone number I can reach Customer Service at?
In most cases, we are only available by email but we can accommodate your needs if email is not an option for you.

Do you have Will Call for local customers?
At this time, our product is available exclusively online.

I don't have an Amazon account but can I still make a purchase?
Buyers are required to have an Amazon.com account in order to checkout.  If you do not have an account, once you have made your selection for purchase, please click on View Cart or click the checkout button. Then, it is a simple process that involves entering your email address and creating a password--it's as easy as that!
